Since being in Greece, tzatziki has become my new favourite dip. So, obviously I decided to make some at home. It's really really easy and doesn't require many ingredients at all. I paired the tzatziki with pitta (obviously), hallumi, rocket, spinach and kale falafel, jallepenos and avocado. It was very tasty.
Ingredients:
- Cucumber
- Natural Greek Yoghurt
- Lemon
- Salt
Instructions:
- Using a cheese grater, grate about half of a cucumber into a bowl.
- Add Greek Yoghurt to the bowl (as much as necessary)
- Juice half a lemon into the bowl
- Add a couple pinches of salt
- Mix it all together
See, very easy. But VERY tasty!
